One of The Typical Food from SEKADAU

As i told you before about the art and culture of Sekadau. In this opportunity i'd like to share you about one of the typical food in this district, that we usually called "IKAN BAONG MASAK PLOTUK". I did't knew why the people called it like that. Well, of course you want to know more what i mean?

Here they are the Steps how to make IKAN BAONG MASAK PLOTUK,you can trying to make it by yourself then. 

Ingredients: 

- Onion + Garlic (6/7 few pieces) 
- ginger 
- galangal 
- turmeric 
- lemongrass 
- Bay leaves 
- Ganis acid 

How to make the spices first: 
1. ingredients like before (onion + garlic, ginger, turmeric) must be smoothed. And also Lemongrass and galangal with litle punch. 
2. Then, directly add Ganis acid and bay leaves. 




How to make it: 
1. Put enough water to the pan, after that add the spices.

2. Mixed up evenly.

3. Add a few pieces of fish.




4. Wait until absorbed without stirring. 

5. And finally, this is the result from this recipe. IKAN BAONG MASAK PLOTUK Ready to serve.
